International Invitation Letter Request
International Invitation Letters are only available to exhibitors or attendees with a paid registration to attend the trade show.
Individuals needing a visa to enter the United States should begin the visa application process with their U.S. Consulate or Embassy at least 3 months prior to the show, if not earlier. Please check with your local U.S. Consulate before submitting an invitation letter request.
Virgo Publishing, LLC will NOT directly contact any U.S. Consulate or Embassy regarding visa applications, and has no authority over visa appointments, issuance, or denial. Refunds will not be given on invitation letters if visa is denied.
All invitation letters requested less than 4 weeks prior to the show will be sent via courier at the applicant’s expense. No requests will be accepted after October 27, 2007.
