Booth Fees Structure:
'A' booths: $2150 per
100 sq. ft.
'B' booths: $2050 per 100 sq. ft.
'C' booths: $1950 per 100 sq. ft.
Corner booths: add $100 premium
Island booths: add $990 premium
Booth assignment
priority system
Booth assignment for SupplySide® West will be made using
a priority system. When more than one company requests the same booth space,
and each company's request is received before the initial booth assignment
deadline, booth space is awarded based on the priority system. Priority
is determined by the total dollar amount spent/contracted with Virgo Publishing
for calendar years 2000 and 2001. This includes advertising, sponsorship
and exhibit space. To be included in the first booth placement, applications
must be submitted on or before November 14, 2000. Applications received
after November 14, 2000 will be processed on a first-come, first-served
basis.
