SupplySide West offers a variety of educational opportunities in
several, unique formats.
Expanded Education Program
A fifth-track has been added to the three-day education program. The
program includes distinct tracks for dietary supplements, functional
foods and beverages, personal care products and cosmetics, animal
nutrition and food technology. With exponential growth in the dietary
supplement, healthy food and cosmeceutical markets, this is your
opportunity to stay ahead of your competitors by learning about
breakthrough science, applications and formulation. SupplySide West has
it all! Designed for manufacturers, marketers and formulators of healthy
products, SupplySide West and its education program gives you access to
all the newest ingredients.
The Nutraceutical Scientific Advisory Board,
Food Science Advisory Board and Cosmeceutical Scientific Advisory Board
have crafted an education program ripe with cutting-edge sessions with
your needs in mind. Participate in the three-day education program
featuring leading speakers discussing manufacturing and formulation
knowledge, recent research, regulatory updates, marketing trends, trends
in ingredients and flavors, food product development, ingredient research
and science, and much more.
Before the education program kicks off, the
Natural Marketing Institute’s Greg Stephens, R.D. and Bob McNabb will
facilitate a 2½ hour pre-conference workshop on market trends. There will
also be a 2½ hour pre-conference workshop on stevia. At the
conclusion of SupplySide West, two 2 ½ hour post-conference workshops, on
essential fatty acids and probiotics, will be held at The Venetian.
Market research trends will be highlighted during both post-conference
workshops.
