Clarinol CLA - Win by Losing Body Fat

ground-breaking information regarding, Clarinol
CLA, published in the March 2007 issue of the British
Journal of Nutrition. The clinical study was
aimed to assess the regional effects of Clarinol
CLA in body composition. Results showed that

waist and leg area in overweight and obese
adults.

Betaine for Strength and Power
Betaine is a nutrient widely distributed
in nature, functioning as an organic osmolyte
(to protect cells from stress and dehydration)
and methyl donor (for important biochemical
pathways). Several studies have shown betaine
can also enhance physical performance, and
recently the University of Connecticut showed
that betaine supplementation for 14 days
increased power, force and maintenance.
Specifically, there were significant
improvements in bench throw power, isometric
bench press force, vertical jump power and
isometric squat force. Therefore,
