Booth Fees & Info
$3,800 per 10’ x 10’
Corner booths: add $400 premium
Island booths: add $1,500 premium
(A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation)
Booth Fees Include
- 100 sq. ft. exhibit space

- Full listing on SupplySide West Web site
- Four complimentary exhibit hall badges for booth personnel

Booth Assignment Priority System
Booth assignments for SupplySide West are made using a priority system. When
more than one company requests the same booth space, and each company’s
request is received before the initial booth assignment deadline, booth space is
awarded based on the priority system. Priority is determined by the total dollar
amount spent / contracted with Virgo Publishing in calendar years 2006 and 2007
including advertising, sponsorships and exhibit space.
Applications received after
Dec. 1, 2006 will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
