SupplySide West Show Guide  and Search SupplySide Listing
Please make sure that you have updated your Natural Products INSIDER listing. Your INSIDER listing will also be used for your company listing in the SupplySide West Show Guide and for your Search SupplySide listing. You will need your login and password.

Exhibitor Registration
Four complimentary exhibitor badges are allotted per 10’ x 10’ booth. Additional Exhibitor badges are only $25. Exhibitors may upgrade to the Executive Package pass at the exhibitor rate of $99 per person.

An e-mail address is a required field for each registration. Once your registration is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirmation which will include a barcode. Please be sure to print this confirmation and bring it with you to the Conference Registration area to print your badge. Our registration process allows you to pick up your badge at one of our self-service kiosks by merely scanning the barcode.

Shipping Information:

There are two places that you may ship your booth to for the show- the advance warehouse and directly to show site. Further information and mailing labels are included in the exhibitor kit.

Advance Warehouse:
Shipping to the Advance Warehouse is always the preferred method. If shipping to the Advance Warehouse, you will have enough time to track your shipment and make sure that it has arrived before the show. In addition, your freight will be waiting for you in your booth upon move-in. Items may be delivered to the warehouse from October 12th to November 3rd, 2009. Direct Shipments:
If necessary, items may be shipped directly to the show site. This is not the preferred method for shipping your booth, as many carriers will not guarantee a delivery time, and you may not receive your shipment until the last minute. Also, it does not allow you much time to track your shipment. Shipments to the show site are generally used for last minute marketing materials and giveaways. Shipments may only arrive on or after November 10th if shipped directly to the show. You can download the show site shipping label here.
