Board to Review Speaking Proposals for Education Program

PHOENIX -- Virgo Publishing and Food Product Design, an Official Magazine for SupplySide West, announced the members of the 2006 Food Science Advisory Board that will evaluate proposals for scientific presentations for SupplySide West International Trade Show and Conference, October 18 to 20 in Las Vegas. As the world's largest event for healthy and innovative ingredients with more than 850 booths, SupplySide West will expand the education program and add seminars designed for the food R&D and corporate management community. 

"The experience and knowledge this board brings to the table is incredible," said Bob Weeks, publisher of Food Product Design. "This education program is going to be top-notch and will examine the most important science and research in the industry."

The scientific advisory board will evaluate seminar proposals based on factors such as originality, relevance to industry, scientific merit and speaker credentials.

Members of the Food Science Advisory Board are:

Speaking proposals for the SupplySide West education program are being accepted until June 14. Submissions will be reviewed by the Food Science Advisory Board and applicants will be informed whether their submission has been accepted by June 30.
