Priority Points System for 2013 Booth Space Selection

What is the priority points system?

The priority points system is a collection of points (of dollars spent) with VIRGO which gives you priority status when choosing your SupplySide MarketPlace 2013 location. Each $4,000 spent with VIRGO counts for one priority point. This includes booths, advertising (print and online) and sponsorships. The priority point system includes dollars spent from 2005 – 2013.

What is the cut-off date to collect points which will affect my priority status?

Any business you contract with us by March 2, 2012, including all business booked for 2013, will increase your priority point status and give you best booth space selection for SupplySide MarketPlace 2013. Booth selection is conducted in priority point order.

Space Selection Guidelines

An email will be coming to your inbox giving you a specified date and time to select your booth for SupplySide MarketPlace 2013. Depending on your priority status, booth selection for the 2013 show will take place either prior to or on-site at SupplySide MarketPlace 2012. The companies being placed pre-show will have a phone call appointment during the weeks leading up to SupplySide MarketPlace 2012, and all other companies will be instructed to visit the Sales Office on-site at their scheduled time. A 50% deposit and completed contract will be required at your space draw time. Please plan accordingly to accommodate this policy.
