Science at SupplySide Poster Displays

Companies and scientists may present their research and have one-on-one contact with attendees. This two-way interaction is a learning experience for all involved and will support the role of science in the industry.

General Information:

The Poster Displays will be held at SupplySide East in the exhibit hall. Posters will be displayed Tuesday, April 28, and Wednesday, April 29 with an hour of Q&A on Wednesday, April 29 at 1pm. (Please have a representative available at this time to answer questions). Poster positioning will be on a first come, first serve basis.

Pricing:

If accepted, the professional and academic rate is $295 per poster. The corporate rate of $295 per poster is available for SupplySide East exhibitors. The non-exhibitor poster rate is $595.

Poster Abstract Submissions & Instructions:

Please complete the mandatory information below and hit the “submit” button. Contact Todd Berger or Todd Willis with any questions you may have. Submissions will be accepted through Friday, April 3. You will be notified of abstract acceptance within one week of submission. All submissions will be reviewed by Virgo Publishing for acceptance. If submitted and accepted in a timely fashion, your Poster Display will be included in the SupplySide East Show Guide.

Pertinent instructions for Poster Displays include:

  • The information conveyed in posters should be of interest to SupplySide East attendees who are manufacturers, marketers and formulators of dietary supplements, foods/beverages, and cosmetic/personal care products..
  • Appropriate topics include, but are not limited to, nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, dietary ingredients, raw materials, functional foods, sports nutrition, laboratory methods and validation, safety, bioavailability, toxicology, manufacturing technology, etc.
  • All displays must be mounted by the start of the Poster Display Session.
  • Poster boards and push pins for mounting will be provided.
  • Poster boards are approximately 48” tall and 48” wide.
  • The title, authors and author affiliations should appear at the top of the poster.
  • All poster material must be confined to the space provided.
  • Posters should be clear, simple and easy to read.
  • Posters should not require a verbal explanation.
  • Posters should include title, abstract, author, introduction, methods, results, conclusions and acknowledgments.
  • Posters should not be dismantled until the conclusion of the trade show.
