- Your booth comes with a free profile in the new online, interactive SupplySide Connect tool. Your profile includes contact information and an e-mail inbox for attendees to communicate with you before the show! Be sure to register your booth personnel right away so that SupplySide attendees will be able to reach out and network with them through this new tool. SupplySide Connect offers attendees the ability to search for companies offering the materials and services they need. Be sure to update your company listing in the INSIDER Buyer’s Guide—your company’s product details and contact information for SupplySide Connect will be based on your INSIDER Buyers Guide listing. The more accurate and complete your listing is, the easier it will be for buyers to find you and connect with you prior to the show and onsite! - Turn your Web site visitors into booth visitors by promoting your presence at SupplySide East. Place the official SupplySide East “Exhibitor Logo” with your booth number and the SupplySide East banner on your site. Buyers attending the show, who visit your site, will know where to meet you! - Include the SupplySide East "Official Exhibitor" logo and your booth number on all your ads and marketing collateral.
- Use every email you send to market your booth! Add the SupplySide East logo with a special message -- “See us in booth #0000” -- to your e-mail signature. Download the image here.

- Don’t miss the opportunity to have your company news covered in the SupplySide East issue of INSIDER magazine (April 19 issue) or the eDaily. Send your press release to Heather Granato at hgranato@vpico.com by March 12 for inclusion in the show issue.
- INSIDER, Food Product Design and InsideCosmeceuticals.com are the official media for SupplySide East. Send us press releases so we can share your news with our subscribers and Web site visitors in the months leading up to the show. E-mail press releases to hgranato@vpico.com.
- Email your press releases discussing your product announcements and company news to industry editors at least 6 weeks before SupplySide East. Print publications will be working on their show issues that far in advance. For online media, send your release 3 weeks before the show begins.
