SupplySide East is an event where thousands of executives from the food, supplement and cosmetic industries connect with key suppliers of innovative ingredients and technologies. This business-to-business event is open to ingredient suppliers, manufacturing service providers, manufacturers/marketers of consumer packaged goods, industry professionals and qualified media personnel. This is not a consumer event and is not open to the general public.

A press badge grants access to the exhibit hall, VendorWorks Presentations, and the three-day education program.

Who is eligible for a press pass?

Industry editors and writers who write for the food, beverage, supplement or cosmetic/personal care industries are eligible to attend SupplySide East as press. Editors-in-chief, associate editors, features editors, business editors, managing editors, reporters, writers, and recurring contributing writers are examples of job titles where a press pass could be granted.

Online news organizations such as e-zines, blogs, and e-newsletters must be operational for at least 6 months and post original natural products industry-related news.

Titles not eligible for a press pass include account executive, publisher, associate publisher, general management, marketing and communications, and any sales title. Suppliers or manufacturers who write for their own company’s e-newsletter, publication or Web site are not eligible.

How do I apply for a press pass?

Once completed, fax the form to (602) 427-0517 or e-mail to lortega@vpico.com along with your press credentials.
You will hear back from a Virgo Publishing representative within 2 weeks with a confirmation or denial of your request.

Acceptable press credentials include:

A business card with your name and title as well as the name of a media company
A magazine masthead with your name listed as a writer/editor
An online or print article with your name in the byline
Freelance writers must show proof of assignment to cover SupplySide East from an industry publication or news Web site

Press Policy: Media personnel attending SupplySide East cannot require payment from exhibitors, attendees or any show participant for such coverage.

Photography/Video Policy: Members of the media may only record interviews and shoot video/photography inside their contracted booth space. Roaming video and photography are not permitted.

Virgo Publishing reserves the right to decline press pass requests and revoke press badges at any time.
